2023

 

With the upcoming heat, Splieny will be covered by Declan (Sam of Chasdubh). Declan is a very open, friendly, healthy, waggy nice dog. He comes from a decent hunting line from Ireland. We expect goodworking, charming, spaniel-typical puppies. We are very much looking forward to this combination. Updates will be posted regularly here.

This litter will be bred together with the co-owner and breeder Annelies and Michael Roeterdink from the netherlands.

 

Mit der demnächst stattfindenden Läufigkeit wird Splieny gedeckt von Declan (Sam of Chasdubh). Declan ist ein sehr freundlicher, offener, gesunder, wedeliger netter Rüde. Er entstammt einer alten jaglichen Linie aus Irland. Wir erwarten uns fleißige, lustige, spanieltypische Welpen. Wir freuen uns sehr auf diese Verpaarung. Updates werden regelmäßig hier gepostet.

Die Welpen haben innerhalb von einer Woche ihr Geburtsgewicht verdoppelt. Violet und Orange sind die Weibchen, Gelb, Blau, Grün und Silber sind die Männchen. Wir warten jetzt darauf, daß sie ihre Augen öffnen.

Splieny and Declan are proud parents of six lovely Irish Water Spaniel puppies. We are very happy to have two bitches and four males.
But unfortunately there are not enough sweethearts to make all people on our puppy-list happy. We are very sorry, that we can not provide all with a future IWS. At the moment we are thinking and discussing options.

All ready and prepared - now we only have to wait with what Splieny will surprise us

Today was the ultrasound examination and the vet confirmed that mating was succesful. We expect puppies from Splieny/Declan around 12th of May.

 

Heute war die Ultraschalluntersuchung, bei der die Tierärztin die Schwangerschaft bestätigt hat. Wir erwarten Babys von Splieny/Declan um den 12. Mai.

On March 10, Splieny and Declan had a tête-à-tête and liked each other right away. We will find out in a few weeks at the beginning of May if this romance has resulted in many little curlie babys.
If you have a serious interest in an Irish Water Spaniel from this mating, I would like to ask you to contact me as soon as possible.
From now on we just have to wait and keep our fingers crossed.

 

Am 10. März hatten Splieny und Declan ein Tête-à-Tête und fanden sich auf Anhieb sehr sympatisch. Ob diese Romanze zu vielen kleinen Lockenköppen geführt hat, werden wir in wenigen Wochen Anfang Mai erfahren.
Falls Sie ein ernsthaftes Interesse an einem Irish Water Spaniel aus dieser Verpaarung haben, möchte ich Sie bitten mich zeitnah zu kontaktieren.
